We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our brands’ digital presence, drive engagement, and create impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and performance analytics. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and consistency in executing day to day tasks.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Lead content creation, ensuring innovative, engaging, and platform-specific storytelling.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, optimizing reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Oversee content calendars, campaign planning, and community management.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, paid media) to enhance content effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Oversee crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and their best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Exceptional content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, with zero problems in both creating copy and attending international meetings.
